The Danaher Corp-Aldevron LLC deal and the Rentokil Initial plc-Terminix Global Holdings Inc deal were valued at $9,600.0 million and $6,700.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Asbury Automotive Group Inc-Larry H. Miller Dealerships; Total Care Auto valued at $3,400.0 million, whereas the deal between StorageMart-Manhattan Mini Storage valued at $3,000.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $34,700.0 million and accounted for nearly 33.13% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
