The number of active Cloud related job postings in the Global Chemicals Sector decreased by 23.08% MoM, and decreased by 33.78% since October 2023, reaching 490 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 112 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 17.65% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 259 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 50.58% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 51.72% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed decreased by 1.52%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 21.55%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 12.84% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 0.51%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 164, number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 235 and number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 635.
