The number of active Governance related job postings in the Global Chemicals Sector decreased by 18.46% MoM, and decreased by 34.65% since October 2023, reaching 1,294 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 458 new Governance related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 16.58% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 751 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 7.63% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted decreased by 47.42% and the number of Governance related jobs closed decreased by 8.86%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 19.29%, the number of active Governance related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 13.22% and the number of Governance related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 3.04%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Governance related jobs posted stood at 651, number of Governance related jobs closed stood at 811 and number of active Governance related jobs stood at 1,678.
