The number of active Cloud related job postings driven by Cloud in the Construction sector of the Asia-Pacific region decreased by 16.42% MoM, and decreased by 30.52% since October 2023, reaching 453 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 121 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 16.55% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 210 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 0.94% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 44.24% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed increased by 0.96%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 17.69%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 11.43% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 0.32%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 166, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 213 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 564.
