The number of active Internet of Things related job postings driven by Internet of Things in the Construction sector of the Europe region decreased by 19.28% MoM, and decreased by 15.81% since October 2023, reaching 490 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 121 new Internet of Things related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 4.31% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 238 Internet of Things related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 38.37% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Internet of Things related jobs posted increased by 28.72% and the number of Internet of Things related jobs closed increased by 217.33%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Internet of Things related jobs posted observed a growth rate of 8.78%, the number of active Internet of Things related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 5.57% and the number of Internet of Things related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 46.95%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Internet of Things related jobs posted stood at 127, the average number of Internet of Things related jobs closed stood at 145 and the average number of active Internet of Things related jobs stood at 585.
