Of the 50 deals, the deal secured between Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Arrow Infraestate Private Limited; Gurgaon Construct Well Private Limited; Gurgaon Realtech Limited; TRIL Infopark Limited, was the largest Private Equity/Venture Financing deal in the India Construction sector, which was valued at $342.9 million and was completed on April 12, 2022. The second-largest deal was between Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Mindspace Business Parks REIT, while the third-largest deal was between OMERS Infrastructure Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd and Azure Power Global Ltd. The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority-Mindspace Business Parks REIT deal and the OMERS Infrastructure Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd-Azure Power Global Ltd deal were valued at $235.0 million and $219.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between General Atlantic LLC; Moore Strategic Ventures, LLC; Tiger Global Management LLC-NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd valued at $210.0 million, whereas the deal between Apollo Global Management Inc; Synergy Metals Investments Holding Ltd-JSW Cement Limited valued at $201.2 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,208.1 million and accounted for nearly 30.67% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
