The number of active job postings in the Construction sector of Poland decreased by 1.11% MoM, and increased by 6.34% since October 2023, reaching 1,242 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 280 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 20.69% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 294 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 26.18% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted increased by 29.63% and the number of jobs closed increased by 3.89%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a growth rate of 9.04%, the number of active job postings observed a growth rate of 2.07% and the number of jobs closed observed a growth rate of 1.28%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 259, number of jobs closed stood at 257 and number of active jobs stood at 1,230.
