The Construction sector of South Korea witnessed 44 Debt Offering deals in July 2022, for an aggregate deal value of $3,840.6 million. This represents an increase of 118.6% in terms of value and an increase of 780.0% in terms of volume, year over year.
A total of 232 Debt Offering deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $25,640.2 million. In the LTM period, May 2022, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $123.9 million and a deal volume of 2 during that month. On the other hand, the month of March 2022, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 3 deals with a total deal value of $681,625.1 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 19 deals were done with an average deal size of $2,136.7 million.
