The second-largest deal was between Blackstone Inc; Blackstone Property Partners L.P.; Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. and American Campus Communities Inc, while the third-largest deal was between Blackstone Real Estate Advisors and PS Business Parks Inc. The Blackstone Inc; Blackstone Property Partners L.P.; Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc.-American Campus Communities Inc deal and the Blackstone Real Estate Advisors-PS Business Parks Inc deal were valued at $12,800.0 million and $7,600.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between EQT AB-Covanta Holding Corp valued at $5,300.0 million, whereas the deal between Blackstone Inc-The Chamberlain Group Inc valued at $5,000.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $55,700.0 million and accounted for nearly 50.91% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
