The number of active job postings in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector of Italy decreased by 21% MoM, and decreased by 29.08% since October 2023, reaching 1,512 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 380 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 1.06% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 782 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 74.16% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 36.24% and the number of jobs closed increased by 30.77%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 13.93%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 10.82% and the number of jobs closed observed a growth rate of 9.35%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 454, number of jobs closed stood at 610 and number of active jobs stood at 1,886.
