The number of active job postings in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector of Russia decreased by 17.85% MoM, and decreased by 11.9% since October 2023, reaching 755 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 284 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 26.61% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 448 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 72.31% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 37.44% and the number of jobs closed increased by 45.45%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 14.48%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 4.14% and the number of jobs closed observed a growth rate of 13.3%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 337, number of jobs closed stood at 326 and number of active jobs stood at 830.
