The Durational Capital Management LP-Casper Sleep Inc deal and the SoftBank Vision Fund 2-Vuori, Inc deal were valued at $435.8 million and $400.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between 9Yards Capital; Bain Capital Ventures LLC; Bond Capital Partners (UK) Limited; Brookfield Growth Partners; Durable Capital Partners LP; Echo Street Capital Management, LLC; Fifth Wall Ventures Management LLC; General Catalyst Partners LLC; Lead Edge Capital Management LLC; Raine Ventures LLC; RXR Realty LLC; SoftBank Vision Fund 2-Material Bank valued at $175.0 million, whereas the deal between Abu Dhabi Growth Fund (ADG); LionTree LLC-Lavender Lingerie LLC valued at $125.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,135.8 million and accounted for nearly 56.35% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
