The number of active Governance related job postings in the Global Financial Services Sector decreased by 9.54% MoM, and decreased by 20.31% since October 2023, reaching 20,758 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 9,333 new Governance related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 3.68% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 11,522 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 10.5% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted decreased by 12.06% and the number of Governance related jobs closed increased by 11.78%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 4.19%, the number of active Governance related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 7.29% and the number of Governance related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 3.78%.
