The number of active Technology related job postings in the Financial Services sector of Indonesia decreased by 6.98% MoM, and increased by 0.48% since October 2023, reaching 626 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 153 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 4.79% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 200 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 15.61% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted increased by 24.39% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 86.92%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a growth rate of 7.55%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a growth rate of 0.16% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 23.18%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 153, number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 148 and number of active Technology related jobs stood at 655.
