The number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings driven by Artificial Intelligence in the Financial Services sector of the North America region decreased by 6.85% MoM, and decreased by 12.01% since October 2023, reaching 5,251 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 1,713 new Artificial Intelligence related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 13.67% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 2,099 Artificial Intelligence related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 19.87% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted decreased by 11.75% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed increased by 2.69%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 4.08%, the number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 4.18% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 0.89%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted stood at 1,737, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed stood at 1,942 and the average number of active Artificial Intelligence related jobs stood at 5,684.
