The number of active Cloud related job postings in the Financial Services sector of Singapore decreased by 8.5% MoM, and decreased by 17.69% since October 2023, reaching 377 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 86 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 56.36% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 121 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 28.72% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 21.82% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed increased by 34.44%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 7.88%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6.28% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 10.37%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 93, number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 108 and number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 424.
