The second-largest deal was between Creandum Advisor AB; Hjalmar Winbladh; Ilkka Paananen; Jacob de Geer; LocalGlobe LLP and ArK Kapital, while the third-largest deal was between Castlelake Lp and IMH Finans AB. The Creandum Advisor AB; Hjalmar Winbladh; Ilkka Paananen; Jacob de Geer; LocalGlobe LLP-ArK Kapital deal and the Castlelake Lp-IMH Finans AB deal were valued at $181.0 million and $150.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between European Investment Fund; Novo Holdings AS; Ramsbury Invest AB; Saminvest Mitt AB; Vaekstfonden-Sound Bioventures Management AB valued at $145.1 million, whereas the deal between Cherry Ventures GmbH; EQT Ventures; Felix Capital Partners LLP; Mubadala Capital-Juni Technology AB valued at $100.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $877.2 million and accounted for nearly 66.26% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
