The number of active Governance related job postings in the Global Insurance Sector decreased by 12.11% MoM, and decreased by 18.95% since October 2023, reaching 3,673 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 1,004 new Governance related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 15.49% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 1,510 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 11.11% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted decreased by 37.64% and the number of Governance related jobs closed increased by 7.63%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 14.56%, the number of active Governance related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6.77% and the number of Governance related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 2.48%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Governance related jobs posted stood at 1,319, number of Governance related jobs closed stood at 1,482 and number of active Governance related jobs stood at 4,183.
