The number of active Social related job postings in the Global Foodservice Sector decreased by 6.35% MoM, and decreased by 16.95% since October 2023, reaching 17,200 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 7,453 new Social related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 8.72% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 8,620 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 11.51% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Social related jobs posted decreased by 22.95% and the number of Social related jobs closed decreased by 29.09%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Social related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 8.32%, the number of active Social related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6% and the number of Social related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 10.83%.
