The number of active ESG related job postings in the Foodservice sector of United Kingdom decreased by 6.97% MoM, and increased by 2.86% since October 2023, reaching 2,228 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 1,234 new ESG related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 9.69% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 1,401 ESG related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 4.56% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new ESG related jobs posted increased by 29.89% and the number of ESG related jobs closed decreased by 21.51%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new ESG related jobs posted observed a growth rate of 9.11%, the number of active ESG related job postings observed a growth rate of 0.95% and the number of ESG related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 7.76%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of ESG related jobs posted stood at 1,222, number of ESG related jobs closed stood at 1,415 and number of active ESG related jobs stood at 2,381.
