Ltd and Dinghe Property Insurance Co., Ltd., was the largest Equity Offering deal in the China Healthcare sector, which was valued at $1,013.0 million and was completed on December 14, 2021. The second-largest deal was between Midea Group Co Ltd and China Resources Wandong Medical Equipment Co Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between TPG Capital LP and Novotech Health Holdings. The Midea Group Co Ltd-China Resources Wandong Medical Equipment Co Ltd deal and the TPG Capital LP-Novotech Health Holdings deal were valued at $323.9 million and $255.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Sino Biopharmaceutical Ltd; Yifan Pharmaceutical Co Ltd-Yiyi Biopharmaceutical (Beijing) Co., Ltd. valued at $70.0 million, whereas the deal between Innovent Biologics Inc-Ascentage Pharma Group International valued at $50.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,712.0 million and accounted for nearly 11.36% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
