China: Technology Related Job Trends in the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Sector (October 2023 - January 2024)

The number of active Technology related job postings in the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare sector of China decreased by 24.32% MoM, and decreased by 29.9% since October 2023, reaching 694 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 297 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 14.41% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 520 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 24.7% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted increased by 0.68% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 154.9%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a growth rate of 0.23%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 11.17% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 36.6%.
