The International Monetary Fund-United Republic of Tanzania deal and the Asian Development Bank-Government of Pakistan deal were valued at $567.3 million and $500.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between European Investment Bank-Essity AB valued at $339.3 million, whereas the deal between NantCapital, LLC; Perceptive Advisors LLC-Honor Technology Inc; ImmunityBio Inc valued at $300.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,306.6 million and accounted for nearly 1.79% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 46.42% of the total Debt Offering deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $59,724.0 million, which accounted for 52.77% of the total deal size on a global scale.
