  • The number of active job postings in the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare sector of Hungary decreased by 6.95% MoM, and increased by 10.41% since October 2023, reaching 509 active job postings in January 2024.

  • A total of 163 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 10.88% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 201 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 13.36% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 4.68% and the number of jobs closed increased by 3.08%

  • In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 1.58%, the number of active job postings observed a growth rate of 3.36% and the number of jobs closed observed a growth rate of 1.02%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 210, number of jobs closed stood at 204 and number of active jobs stood at 537.
