The fourth-largest deal was between Caesarea Medical Electronics Ltd; Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd; European Commission; Horizons Ventures Ltd; La Maison Partners; Poalim Equity; Shavit Capital Fund; Social Capital LP; The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd.; Touchwood Capital Ltd; U.S. Department of Defense; Union Tech Ventures Ltd; Western Technology Investment-MeMed Diagnostics Ltd valued at $93.0 million, whereas the deal between General Catalyst Partners LLC-Aidoc Ltd valued at $66.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $724.0 million and accounted for nearly 35.65% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
