The number of active Cloud related job postings driven by Cloud in the Industrial Goods and Machinery sector of the Europe region decreased by 9.08% MoM, and decreased by 18.17% since October 2023, reaching 671 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 135 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 18.67% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 202 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 5.76% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 45.78% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed decreased by 21.71%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 18.46%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6.47% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 7.83%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 186, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 226 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 748.
