The Asia-Pacific region, witnessed 207 Debt Offering deals in July 2022, for an aggregate deal value of $22,686.4 million. This represents an increase of 26.5% in terms of value and a decrease of 88.0% in terms of volume, year over year.
A total of 2607 Debt Offering deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $410,638.1 million. In the LTM period, December 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $44,561.0 million and a deal volume of 203 during that month. On the other hand, the month of April 2022, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 282 deals with a total deal value of $552,258.8 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 217 deals were done with an average deal size of $34,219.8 million.
