The second-largest deal was between Patria Investimentos Ltda and Moneda Asset Management S.A., while the third-largest deal was between Andes Mining and Energy SA; Baker Hughes Co; EIG Global Energy Partners LLC; Gemstone Investments Limited; Porsche AG and HIF Global. The Patria Investimentos Ltda-Moneda Asset Management S.A. deal and the Andes Mining and Energy SA; Baker Hughes Co; EIG Global Energy Partners LLC; Gemstone Investments Limited; Porsche AG-HIF Global deal were valued at $315.0 million and $260.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Bezos Expeditions LLC; DFJ Growth Fund; EHI LLC; Future Positive Capital; Kaszek Ventures; L Catterton; Lewis Hamilton; Questlove; Roger Federer; Tiger Global Management LLC; ZOMA Lab-The Not Co SpA valued at $235.0 million, whereas the deal between DST Global; Glade Brook Capital Partners LLC; Greycroft Capital; Lightrock LLP; Mundi Ventures; QED Investors, LLC-Burn to Give valued at $125.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,100.0 million and accounted for nearly 66.90% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
