The number of active Cloud related job postings in China driven by Cloud decreased by 10.73% MoM, and decreased by 14.44% since October 2023, reaching 2,512 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 442 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 1.14% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 744 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 38.55% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 17.69% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed increased by 36.26%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 6.28%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 5.07% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 10.86%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 509, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 617 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 2,794.
