On the other hand, the month of May 2022 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 10 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $4.0 million during that month.
Of the 90 deals, the deal secured between D1 Capital Partners; G Squared; Ghisallo Partners LP; Naya Ventures; Sequoia Capital Operations LLC; Tekne Capital Management LLC and Bolt Technology OU, was the largest Private Equity/Venture Financing deal in the Estonia, which was valued at $712.0 million and was completed on August 2, 2021. The second-largest deal was between Fidelity Management & Research Company; Sequoia Capital Operations LLC and Bolt Technology OU, while the third-largest deal was between Accel; Alkeon Capital; IVP; Tiger Global Management LLC and Veriff OU. The Fidelity Management & Research Company; Sequoia Capital Operations LLC-Bolt Technology OU deal and the Accel; Alkeon Capital; IVP; Tiger Global Management LLC-Veriff OU deal were valued at $711.4 million and $100.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Adyen NV; Bengt Wahlqvist; EIT InnoEnergy; Nidoco AB; Taavet Hinrikus-Skeleton Technologies Gmbh valued at $42.0 million, whereas the deal between Change Ventures; Connected Capital & Partners Management B.V.; Equity United OU; Marko Lastik-Eurora Solutions OU valued at $40.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,605.4 million and accounted for nearly 81.67% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
