The number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings in the Europe region driven by Artificial Intelligence decreased by 9.7% MoM, and decreased by 13.34% since October 2023, reaching 27,105 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 7,776 new Artificial Intelligence related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 10.6% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 10,688 Artificial Intelligence related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 0.01% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 31.46% and the number of jobs closed increased by 2.17%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 11.83%, the number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 4.66% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 0.72%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 9,798, number of jobs closed stood at 10,620 and number of active jobs stood at 30,101.
