The number of active Governance related job postings in the Europe region driven by Governance decreased by 15.31% MoM, and decreased by 23.79% since October 2023, reaching 19,271 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 6,840 new Governance related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 12.3% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 10,323 Governance related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 11.87% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 35.99% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 7.21%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 13.82%, the number of active Governance related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 8.66% and the number of Governance related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 2.46%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 8,898, number of jobs closed stood at 10,511 and number of active jobs stood at 22,873.
