The number of active Social related job postings in the Europe region driven by Social decreased by 9.36% MoM, and decreased by 19.4% since October 2023, reaching 56,542 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 24,266 new Social related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 4.07% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 30,107 Social related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 4.84% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 29.5% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 12.18%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Social related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 11%, the number of active Social related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6.94% and the number of Social related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 4.24%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 28,209, number of jobs closed stood at 31,575 and number of active jobs stood at 64,214.
