Of the 125 deals, the deal secured between Blackstone Growth and RELEX Oy, was the largest Private Equity/Venture Financing deal in the Finland, which was valued at $568.4 million and was completed on February 17, 2022. The second-largest deal was between Sapphire Bidco Limited and Basware Corp, while the third-largest deal was between Verdane Idun I and EVA Solutions Group OY. The Sapphire Bidco Limited-Basware Corp deal and the Verdane Idun I-EVA Solutions Group OY deal were valued at $492.7 million and $341.1 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Atomico Ventures LP; BlackRock Inc; Earlybird Venture Capital GmbH & Co KG; Eurazeo SA; IVP LuxCo S.a.r.l.; Salesforce Ventures; World Innovation Lab, LLC-Aiven Ltd valued at $210.0 million, whereas the deal between Digital 9 Infrastructure Plc-Ficolo Oy valued at $145.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,757.1 million and accounted for nearly 56.89% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
