The second-largest deal was between ING Bank Slaski SA; Rabobank; Societe Generale SA and Sucres et Denrees SA, while the third-largest deal was between BNP Paribas SA; MUFG Securities Americas Inc; National Australia Bank Ltd; Norddeutsche Landesbank; The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp Ltd and Neoen SA. The ING Bank Slaski SA; Rabobank; Societe Generale SA-Sucres et Denrees SA deal and the BNP Paribas SA; MUFG Securities Americas Inc; National Australia Bank Ltd; Norddeutsche Landesbank; The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp Ltd-Neoen SA deal were valued at $420.0 million and $268.8 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between European Investment Bank-Nexans SA valued at $224.3 million, whereas the deal between BNP Paribas SA; Credit Agricole CIB SA; Credit Agricole Languedoc; LCL SA-Frey SA valued at $115.9 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,620.5 million and accounted for nearly 1.46% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
