The second-largest deal was between British Columbia Investment Management Corp; Macquarie Asset Management Holding Pty Ltd; MEAG Munich Ergo AssetManagement GmbH and Reden Solar SAS, while the third-largest deal was between KKR & Co Inc and Albioma SA. The British Columbia Investment Management Corp; Macquarie Asset Management Holding Pty Ltd; MEAG Munich Ergo AssetManagement GmbH-Reden Solar SAS deal and the KKR & Co Inc-Albioma SA deal were valued at $2,732.7 million and $2,478.5 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Providence Equity Partners LLC-Marlink SAS valued at $1,400.0 million, whereas the deal between InnVest Pme Occitanie Ouest; Irdi Capital Croissance-Mobexi valued at $1,187.8 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $11,529.0 million and accounted for nearly 32.98% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
