The second-largest deal was between Astorg Partners; Beyond NetZero; GIC Pte Ltd; Princeville Capital and EcoVadis SAS, while the third-largest deal was between Bpifrance Large Venture; Hi Inov SAS; Highland Europe Technology Growth LP; One Peak Partners LLP; REVAIA; Statkraft Ventures GmbH and Deepki. The Astorg Partners; Beyond NetZero; GIC Pte Ltd; Princeville Capital-EcoVadis SAS deal and the Bpifrance Large Venture; Hi Inov SAS; Highland Europe Technology Growth LP; One Peak Partners LLP; REVAIA; Statkraft Ventures GmbH-Deepki deal were valued at $500.0 million and $165.7 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Cathay Capital Private Equity SAS; Eurazeo SA; Sagard NewGen-DiliTrust SAS valued at $143.8 million, whereas the deal between Bethnal Green Ventures; Digital Partners; Eurazeo; Hi Inov SAS; Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital; Partech, Inc.; REVAIA-Platform.sh valued at $140.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,504.6 million and accounted for nearly 65.25% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
