The number of active Internet of Things related job postings in France driven by Internet of Things decreased by 15.64% MoM, and decreased by 8.11% since October 2023, reaching 2,028 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 399 new Internet of Things related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 16.7% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 775 Internet of Things related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 16.19% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Internet of Things related jobs posted decreased by 49.3% and the number of Internet of Things related jobs closed increased by 33.62%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Internet of Things related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 20.26%, the number of active Internet of Things related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 2.78% and the number of Internet of Things related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 10.14%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Internet of Things related jobs posted stood at 694, the average number of Internet of Things related jobs closed stood at 687 and the average number of active Internet of Things related jobs stood at 2,307.
