The number of active Cloud related job postings in Germany driven by Cloud decreased by 9.47% MoM, and decreased by 14.34% since October 2023, reaching 10,218 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 1,892 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 20.07% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 2,961 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 1.56% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 39.67% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed increased by 1.3%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 15.5%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 5.03% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 0.43%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 2,689, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 3,064 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 11,340.
