  • A total of 5,878 Debt Offering deals (pending and completed) were announced accross the world, in the last twelve months resulting in a total deal value of over $1,905,493.2 million. In the LTM period, June 2021 turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $252,311.1 million, resulting in an average deal value of $461.3 million during that month. On the other hand, the month of September 2021 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 665 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $374.6 million during that month.

  • Of the 5,878 deals, the deal secured between Banco Santander SA; Bank of America NA; Barclays Bank Plc; BNP Paribas SA; Citibank NA; Credit Suisse AG (New York Branch); Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch; Goldman Sachs Bank USA; HSBC Bank USA NA; ING Bank NV; JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association; Mizuho Bank Ltd; Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A.; MUFG Bank Ltd; PNC Bank NA; Royal Bank of Canada; Societe Generale SA; Standard Chartered Bank AG; Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp; The Bank of Nova Scotia; The Toronto-Dominion Bank; Truist Bank; Wells Fargo Bank NA and Dell International L.L.C.; EMC Corporation California, was the world's largest Debt Offering deal, which was valued at $5,000.0 million and was completed on November 1, 2021. The second-largest deal was between CaixaBank SA and Doggerbank Offshore Wind Farm Project 3 Projco Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between AXA IM Alts1; Generali Global Infrastructure SAS; Kommunalkredit Austria AG; Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg; National Australia Bank Ltd and Deutsche Glasfaser Holding GmbH. The CaixaBank SA-Doggerbank Offshore Wind Farm Project 3 Projco Ltd deal and the AXA IM Alts1; Generali Global Infrastructure SAS; Kommunalkredit Austria AG; Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg; National Australia Bank Ltd-Deutsche Glasfaser Holding GmbH deal were valued at $3,991.5 million and $3,394.9 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Banca Popolare di Sondrio; CaixaBank SA; Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA; Credit Agricole CIB SA; Intesa Sanpaolo SpA; UniCredit SpA-Ferrovie Dello Stato Italiane SpA valued at $2,982.9 million, whereas the deal between SCG Chemicals Co Ltd-The Siam Cement Public Co Ltd valued at $2,970.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.

  • Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $18,339.3 million and accounted for nearly 0.96% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
