The fourth-largest deal was between Apollo Global Management Inc; Canada Pension Plan Investment Board; Li Ka Shing Foundation Ltd; Metro Pacific Investments Corp; Pacific Century Group; Swiss Re Ltd; The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited - Non-Performing Loans (Inactive)-FWD Group Holdings Ltd valued at $1,425.0 million, whereas the deal between Beijing Integrated Circuit Advanced Manufacturing and High-end Equipment Equity Investment Fund Center; Boshi Fund Management Co., Ltd.; Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd.; China International Capital Corp Ltd; China Southern Fund Management Co., Ltd.; GF Fund Management Co Ltd; Guotai Junan Securities Co Ltd; Haitong Securities Co Ltd; Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd.; ICBC Credit Suisse Investment Management Co., Ltd.; National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase II Co., Ltd.; Penghua Fund Management Co Ltd.; UBS Group AG-NAURA Technology Group Co Ltd valued at $1,300.8 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $8,244.3 million and accounted for nearly 1.64% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 43.77% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $218,395.6 million, which accounted for 63.50% of the total deal size on a global scale.
