The fourth-largest deal was between LG Chem Ltd; LG Energy Solutions Ltd-Li-Cycle Holdings Corp valued at $50.0 million, whereas the deal between Gridworks Development Partners LLP; New GX Capital Group-Sustainable Power Solutions Investments valued at $40.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
