The second-largest deal was between Weilai Capital; Yuyue Capital and Uxin Ltd, while the third-largest deal was between Alpargatas SA and Rothy's, Inc.. The Weilai Capital; Yuyue Capital-Uxin Ltd deal and the Alpargatas SA-Rothy's, Inc. deal were valued at $315.0 million and $200.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Dunamu Inc-Musinsa Co., Ltd. valued at $89.5 million, whereas the deal between VK Co Ltd-AliExpress Russia valued at $60.3 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,364.8 million and accounted for nearly 7.46% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
