The SoftBank Vision Fund LP-GM Cruise LLC deal and the European Investment Bank-Enel SpA deal were valued at $1,350.0 million and $652.6 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Ally Bridge Group; Baillie Gifford & Co; Cambridge Innovation Capital Plc; Chimera Partners Limited; Fidelity Management & Research Company; Gaorong Capital; GE Healthcare; Google LLC; LGT Impact Ventures; Lightrock LLP; PFM Health Sciences LP; RPMI Railpen; SoftBank Vision Fund 1; SoftBank Vision Fund II; T Rowe Price Associates Inc; Tencent Holdings Ltd; The Kroger Co; Tiger Global Management LLC; Watrium AS; Woven Capital, LP-CMR Surgical Ltd; Nuro Inc valued at $600.0 million, whereas the deal between 83North Venture Capital; Dell Technologies Capital; Goldman Sachs Asset Management-EXOTEC Solutions SAS valued at $335.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $4,702.6 million and accounted for nearly 21.74% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 48.92% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $10,611.4 million, which accounted for 43.66% of the total deal size on a global scale.
