A total of 4716 Equity Offering deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $304,308.1 million. In the LTM period, August 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $94,019.1 million and a deal volume of 314 during that month. On the other hand, the month of December 2021, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 439 deals with a total deal value of $419,353.5 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 393 deals were done with an average deal size of $25,359.0 million.
