The number of global active Governance related job postings decreased by 9.34% MoM, and decreased by 19.29% since October 2023, reaching 132,559 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 53,233 new Governance related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 1.37% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 66,885 Governance related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 2.62% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted decreased by 23.17% and the number of Governance related jobs closed decreased by 1.11%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 8.41%, the number of active Governance related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6.89% and the number of Governance related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 0.37%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Governance related jobs posted stood at 61,270, the average number of Governance related jobs closed stood at 68,777 and the average number of active Governance related jobs stood at 151,347.
