The number of active ESG related job postings in Greece driven by ESG decreased by 13.32% MoM, and decreased by 10.43% since October 2023, reaching 807 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 211 new ESG related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 15.94% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 335 ESG related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 0.89% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new ESG related jobs posted decreased by 39.02% and the number of ESG related jobs closed increased by 17.13%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new ESG related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 15.2%, the number of active ESG related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 3.61% and the number of ESG related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 5.41%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of ESG related jobs posted stood at 301, the average number of ESG related jobs closed stood at 310 and the average number of active ESG related jobs stood at 914.
