The number of active Blockchain related job postings in India driven by Blockchain decreased by 6.44% MoM, and decreased by 16.16% since October 2023, reaching 581 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 116 new Blockchain related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 41.71% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 156 Blockchain related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 33.9% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Blockchain related jobs posted decreased by 59.72% and the number of Blockchain related jobs closed decreased by 29.41%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Blockchain related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 26.15%, the number of active Blockchain related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 5.71% and the number of Blockchain related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 10.96%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Blockchain related jobs posted stood at 197, the average number of Blockchain related jobs closed stood at 208 and the average number of active Blockchain related jobs stood at 638.
