The GE Healthcare-PulseNmore Ltd deal and the Harel Insurance Company Ltd; Meitav Dash Investments Ltd; Migdal Insurance & Financial Holdings Ltd-GenCell Ltd deal were valued at $50.0 million and $36.1 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between AFCON Holdings Ltd; Meitav Dash Investments Ltd; MORE Investment House Ltd; The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd.; Yelin Lapidot Investment House Ltd-Chakratec valued at $30.0 million, whereas the deal between Bristol-Myers Squibb Co-Compugen Ltd valued at $20.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $307.7 million and accounted for nearly 6.79% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
