The fourth-largest deal was between Andalusian Private Capital LP; Insight Partners-Moon Active Ltd. valued at $300.0 million, whereas the deal between Accel; Bessemer Venture Partners; Coatue Management LLC; Corner Ventures; General Catalyst Partners LLC; Greenoaks Capital Management LLC; Hanaco Ventures Capital Ltd; Index Ventures SA; Insight Partners; Latitude (UK); Salesforce Inc; Sequoia Capital Operations LLC; Synthesis Capital; Thrive Capital; Tiger Global Management LLC-Melio Payments Inc.; Redefine Meat; Wiz Inc valued at $250.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,867.0 million and accounted for nearly 11.64% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
